COMPETITION REGULATIONS
1.USGA RULES, R & A RULES AND FOLLOWING LOCAL RULES APPLY.
2. Limitation of Golf Balls (“One Ball Rule”)—Optional Condition in Appendix Ⅰis in
effect.
3.Coaches advice rule: Each team is allowed one coach to advise their players but players may not give advice to teammates or fellow competitors.
4.Scoring Format & Playoff Procedure
The team scores will be determined by the best four of five scores each round. At the conclusion of fifty-four holes of play, if there is a tie for both the team and individual
championship, the team championship play-off shall be conducted first.“Playoffs start
on number 9 on the West Course for the men and number 9 on the East Course for the women.” Players shall be ranked by their coach for the playoff. A coin toss administered by the competition committee chairman shall determine which team will tee off first. Tee-off order is established by the number five player on each team teeing off first, alternating down to the number one player. The order of play and groupings of players in a two-team playoff shall be as follows:
One foursome consisting of the number five and number four players.
One sextet consisting of the number three, two, and one players. All groups complete play on each hole before proceeding to the next hole. A total of the four best scores on each hole determine the winner. If the four scores are still tied, the fifth score will be used to break the tie . If still tied, the same playoff hole will be used again. During team play-offs, the advice rules are waived.
5. If a play-off is not feasible for the team championship, the three-round total of the fifth score will be used to break the tie. If still tied, the fifth score total for the second and third rounds will break the tie. If still tied, the fifth score for the last round, the last nine holes, and finally the 18th hole will break the tie. If they are still tied, they will be declared co-champions.
6. If a play-off is not feasible for the individual championship, the winner will be determined on the basis of the best score for the last round. If the tying players have the same score for the last round, determine the winner on the basis of the last nine holes, the last six holes, the last three holes, and finally the 18th hole. If they are still tied, they will be declared co-champions.
LOCAL RULES

Out of Bounds is defined by the inside edge of the white stakes.

Ground under Repair is defined by white lines.

Water Hazards are defined by yellow stakes and Lateral Water Hazards are defined by
Red stakes. The stakes determine the boundary of the hazard.
4.Wrapping nets which protect trees are considered an integral part of the course.
5.Immovable obstructions: Through the green, drains, temporary material piled for
removal, artificially surfaced paths, and props which support trees are considered immovable obstructions. Cement drains and white lines tied into cart paths are considered part of the obstruction.
6. On par 3 hole, If the group behind you is waiting at the teeing ground, please mark your
ball and have that group hit their tee shots.
7.Practice: A player during a round shall not play practice stroke on or to the putting green
of any hole he has played in the round. Penalty for breach of rule-two strokes at the next
hole, except that in the case of the last hole of the round. A player incurs the penalty at
the hole.
8.Undue Delay: When a group is out of position (i.e..an open par four or par five hole and
they are over the time limit of 15 minutes per hole) the group will be warned and asked
to regain their correct position. The players will be timed to determine who is slowing up
the group. The players have forty seconds to make his shot once he gets to his ball. The
first player to hit in the fairway and on par threes, and the first person to putt has fifty
seconds, and they are over the time limit of 15 minutes per hole.
First offense ---------- One stroke penalty
Second offense-------- Two stroke penalty
Subsequent offense---Disqualification

GOLF Carts: Coaches may use their carts to transport a player who may have lost a golf ball or a group that may have gotten behind.
10. In case of inclement weather, the competitors will be notified as follows:
① Discontinuation of play-------One long siren blast
② Temporary suspension of play--------Three consecutive short sirens blast
(the player may finish the playing hole by her/his intention)

Resumption of play-------Two long sirens blast
11. Caddie: A player is prohibited from using a caddie.
12. Pull Cart: A player is prohibited from using the pull cart during the stipulated round except a player has medical certification.
NOTES

Divots should be filled in with the sand provided in the sand bags which will be given to you at the first tee.

Please do not stop at the Clubhouse for more than five minutes.

If there is any change or addition of Rules, a notice will be posted in the Clubhouse and also at the first and tenth tees.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated area near the Clubhouse.
-
Alcoholic beverage is prohibited during the tournament.
